Replace the top cover onto the chassis and secure with the 4 screws removed in step

Footswitch Cable Replacement

Turn the system off. Disconnect the power cord from the wall receptacle.

Remove the 4 screws that secure the top cover to the chassis. Lift the cover off the

chassis. Set the cover and screws aside for reinstallation.
Disconnect the cable at the main PCBA at P34.

Using the screwdriver, remove the 4 screws securing the cable to the back panel and

remove the cable.
Insert the replacement cable into the back panel ensuring that the white dot on the

circular connector is facing the power entry with cable.
Secure the cable to the rear panel using the Phillips torque screwdriver and the 4

screws tightened to 0.7Nm ±0%.
Connect the cable to P34 on the main PCBA.

Replace the top cover onto the chassis and secure with the 4 screws removed in step

PCBA PROG MAIN Replacement

Turn the system off. Disconnect the power cord from the wall receptacle.

Remove the 4 screws that secure the top cover to the chassis. Lift the cover off the

chassis. Set the cover and screws aside for reinstallation.
Remove all cable connections to the main PCBA.

Remove the 6 screws securing the main PCBA to the chassis.

Lift the main PCBA out of the chassis and insert the replacement main PCBA in its

place.
Replace and tighten the 6 screws.

Insert all cable connections to the main PCBA.

Replace the top cover onto the chassis and secure with the 4 screws removed in step

Fan with Cable Replacement

Remove the assembly back panel.

Using the screwdriver, remove the 4 screws securing the fan to the rear panel and lift

the fan away from the rear panel.
