Removing the Front Panel

Turn off the system. Disconnect the power cord from the wall receptacle.

Remove the four screws that secure the top cover to the chassis. Lift the cover off the

chassis. Set the cover and screws aside for reinstallation.
Disconnect cable assemblies:

Display cable, at P1 of display PCBA on front panel assembly

Barcode/RFID module cable, at P26 on main PCBA

LigaSure cable, at P1 of main PCBA

Insert detect cable, at P29 on main PCBA

Remove the 5 screws that secure the panel to the housing (one on either side and

three on the bottom).
Slide the front panel away from the chassis.
