Driving and Operating
If the PA is activated and the light in

When any device is attached to the
rear of the vehicle, such as a trailer
or a bicycle rack, the PA will:

Side Blind Zone

Alert (SBZA)

The vehicle has Side Blind Zone
Alert (SBZA).
The SBZA system is a
lane-changing aid that assists
drivers with avoiding crashes that
occur with vehicles in the side blind
zone (or spot) areas.
Danger
SBZA does not detect vehicles
rapidly approaching outside of the
side blind zones, pedestrians,
cyclists or animals. Failure to use
proper care when changing lanes
may result in injury, death or
vehicle damage. Before making a
