Troubleshooting Procedure Table

Check the Transfer Belt

Is the transfer belt dirty or
scratched?

machine dirty?

4 Inspect the Imaging Unit.
Is the unit installed in the
proper position?

If the surface is dirty, Go to Step 2.
wipe the surface clean
with a soft cloth. If the
transfer belt is
scratched, replace the
Transfer Belt Unit
