The response from the DNS server is blank.
The connection to the phone-home server (PHS) or the
network management server is not active or timed out.
The PHS is active, but it does not respond.
The switch is unable to connect to the cloud because it
is unable to authenticate the certificate from the cloud.
The switch is unable to connect to the cloud because
the cloud authentication certificate is invalid.
