WARNING Hot surface
The heating system can reach temperatures of up to 95°C (203°F). Avoid
touching it when it is hot.
Tray
The tray is located underneath the tip and cartridge racks. Its role is to prevent contamination of the
EZ2 that could be caused by liquids that are unintentionally spilled. The tray can be removed and
cleaned as described in the Daily maintenance section (see page 148).

Magnet module

The EZ2 magnet module consists of magnets that are used to capture magnetic particles that are
present in the liquid aspirated into the filter-tips.
