Reagents are loaded onto the worktable in reagent
cartridges. These cartridges are already prefilled by
QIAGEN.
Up to 24 reagent cartridges can be placed in the
cartridge rack.
Samples are loaded onto the worktable in 2 ml sample
tubes.
Steps that require heating occur on the heating system,
which accommodates the heating positions of the reagent
cartridges.
Purified nucleic acids are collected in 1.5 ml elution tubes.
UV LED wavelength: 275 – 285 nm
Up to 24 samples per run
10.1-inch color touchscreen. Display with resolution 1280
x 800 pixels.
Monochrome camera. The USB interface provide power
and communication.
