Operating conditions

Parameters such as temperature range and humidity range are described in the Technical
Specification section (see page 164).
WARNING Explosive atmosphere
The EZ2 instrument is not designed for use in an explosive atmosphere.
WARNING Risk of overheating
To ensure proper ventilation, maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm at the
sides and rear of the EZ2.
Slits and openings that ensure the ventilation of the instrument must not be
covered.
WARNING Risk of explosion
The EZ2 is intended for use with reagents and substances supplied with
QIAGEN kits. Use of other reagents and substances may lead to fire or
explosion.
