Removal of the EZ2 accessories and shipping materials

1. Remove the power cord, barcode scanner, and the quick-start guide from accessories box on
top of the EZ2.
2. Remove the USB flash drive, cartridge racks, and sample/tip racks
3. Ensure all shipping foams, transport locks, and other packing material have been removed as
described in the Unpacking the EZ2 section (see page 47).
4.3.2

Installation of the AC power cord

1. Remove the power cord from the foam packing material on top of the EZ2.
Note: Only use the power cord that is supplied with the EZ2.
2. Ensure that the power button is set to OFF.
