Setting up a protocol run
To setup a protocol run, press the Setup tab on the Home screen.
All available QIAGEN protocols are pre-installed on the EZ2 upon delivery. You can download all
available QIAGEN protocols from the QIAGEN website. For MDx applications, choose the IVD
mode when logging in. For other applications, choose Research mode. For details on all protocols,
refer to the respective instructions for use/kit handbooks.
Note: EZ2 does not support protocols obtained from sources other than the QIAGEN website.
