Setting IP addressing
Dynamic/saved addressing.
All DIL switches in the OFF position, factory setting.
When switched on, the energy efficiency module receives a
dynamic or stored IP address via 'DHCP/BOOTP'.
7 = 128 Fixed addressing.
The host-ID of the IP address, 4th octet, is binary-coded with DIL
= 64
