Problem
Magazine is not moving

Possible Causes
Magazine may not be
calibrated.
Protocol not set up for proper
sample distance.
Magazine not configured.
Component failure.
Vessel temperature probes
not configured.

Probe is disconnected.
Probe is damaged.
Troubleshooting
Recommended Action
Perform magazine calibration.
Change Magazine Travel in
protocol.
Ensure protocol makes use of
magazine.
Ensure magazine is set up in
Device Setup.
Contact THR Technical
Support.
Ensure probes are configured
for 6, 7 or 8 probes as
appropriate in device setup.
Ensure that probes are
connected to tester main
board.
Contact THR Technical
Support.
Reconnect temperature probe.
Contact THR Technical
Support.
