Message
Corrupted data encounterd during backup.
Contact Tech Support.
Error accessing the protocol backup file on the
USB drive. Make sure the USB drive has
enough space or try a different USB drive.
Error restoring the protocols from a protocol
backup file. Data in the instrument memory
might be corrupted. Contact Tech Support.
Error accessing the protocol backup file on the
USB drive. The protocol backup file on the
USB drive might be missing or corrupted.
Error occurred while writing data to the USB
drive. Make sure the USB drive has enough
space or try a different USB drive.
Make sure the logo.jpg file being imported has
the correct format as described in the User
Guide.
Report template missing. Contact Tech

Error occurred while accessing instrument
memory. Contact Tech Support.
I2C Bus Error detected. Restart the
instrument. If the problem persists, contact
Tech Support.

Error occurred while calculating the protocols
checksum. Contact Tech Support.
Appendix A: Errors
Fault
Cannot open one of the protocols on the monument
board when backing up the protocols.
Cannot read or write the protocols backup file from
the USB flash drive when restoring protocols from
backup.
When restoring protocols from a backup, the
checksum of the backup file was checked one more
time at the end of the restore, and it failed. The
protocol data that was copied to the monument
board memory might be corrupted.
Corrupted protocols backup file or the backup file
contains protocols of an unknown version.
Corrupted protocols backup file or the backup file
contains protocols of an unknown version.
Information could not be sent to USB flash drive.
Logo.jpg does not meet system requirements.
Printing templates data is not found in main board
memory. Could be that memory went bad, or cannot
communicate with memory or that data was not
written there during the firmware update, which
means corrupted firmware update image.
Corrupted or invalid data in the printing templates
memory.
Error Reading or Writing information to the
instrument memory located on the monument board.
Error Reading data from the instrument memory or
corrupted data in the instrument memory.
The system detected I2C bus error.
The system detected SPI bus error.
SPI bus error was detected when reading printing
templates from memory during printing.
System is unable to caclulate a checksum for the
protocols.
Check the Following
1. Try a new USB drive.
2. Try a new copy of the backup file.
3. Contact Technical Support if problem persists.
