maintenance such as cleaning and replacing worn parts, will ensure optimal image quality and
prolong the life of your scanner.
To maintain optimal scanner performance and image quality, it is important to make sure the
scanner is being operated using the most current versions of software and firmware that are
available for it.

Use only firmware and/or software received from BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Scanners (BBH).
Firmware and/or software obtained from other sources are not BBH certified to work with
Ngenuity scanners; therefore, serious functional issues may arise. BBH will not support
firmware and/or software that is obtained from resources other than BBH.
