Alert Function
Alter indicator flashes
When the ignition switch is turned off and the
four doors are closed, press the lock button of
the remote control transmitter within the range of
remote control and theft deterrent LED indicator
will flash slowly while the four doors are being
locked, indicating that the system enters into alert
status. When the system is triggered (turn on the
ignition switch or open any one of the doors), the
turn signal light flashes and the alarm horn sounds.
After the triggering signal is removed, the system
resumes the normal condition. When the remote
control is used to disable the alarm, the alarm horn
sounds four times and the turn signal light flashes.
Battery Replacement of the Re-
mote Control Transmitter
After a period of use, the battery capacitance
of the remote control transmitter may go down
and result in degraded effect of the remote con-
trol, then it is required to replace the battery.
When replacing the battery, open the cover of
the transmitter, take out the old battery and put
in a new one and then close the cover. New
battery should be put in immediately after the
old one is taken out, and try to avoid the short
circuit from the simultaneous contact of the
positive and negative terminals of the transmit-
ter with one of the electrodes of the battery.
At the time of replacement, 1 CR2032 lithium
battery should be used.
After the replacement of the battery, check the
remote control for correct operation. If it doesn't
work properly, please contact the Geely agents.
For the sake of environment protection, please
send the discarded battery to designated recycle
service.
Notice
Make sure the positive and nega-
tive electrodes of the battery are correctly
installed.
Do not move or touch any part of
the remote control transmitter, otherwise it
may hinder normal operation.
Do not replace the battery with wet
hands, the water will cause unexpected
rust of the battery.
When installing the battery, do not
bend the insert electrode of the remote
control transmitter. If the user loses it dur-
ing the operation, he can make it up in the
appointed Geely service stations.
