Brush all corrosion off the installation surface
with steel brush before the wheel is installed.
If the metal on the installation surface does
not interface the wheel well when the wheel is
installed, the wheel nuts will get loose and fall
off when the vehicle is running.
Reinstall All the Wheel Nuts
Try to screw all the nuts when installing the
wheel nuts again (with the wedge end inward).
Push the wheel backward to see if it is possible
to screw it more tightly.
Warning
Do not apply oil or lubricant on bolts or
nuts. The nuts may be over fastened and
damaged. Damaged nuts will be loose
and wheels may fall off. This will result
in serious accidents. If there is oil or lu-
bricant on bolts or nuts, wipe them off.
Lower the Vehicle
Lower the vehicle to ground and screw wheel
nuts tightly.
Rotate the jack handle anti-clockwise to lower
the vehicle.
Only use wheel nut wrench and screw the nuts
round-the-clock. Do not use other tools or le-
ver type tools except hands, such as hammer,
pipe or feet. Make sure the nut fits into the
wrench tightly.
Fasten nuts in the specified sequence, a little bit
tighter each time. Repeat till every nut is fastened.
