Be careful when dealing with bat-
tery. There is poisonous gas and cor-
rosive acid fluid in the battery.
Nobody is allowed to get under
the vehicle if the vehicle is jacked up
by floor jack only. The vehicle must be
supported by carjack or other strong
mounting pillar.
When working beside the cooling
fan or radiator grille, check if the igni-
tion is off. When ignition is on, when
engine coolant temperature rises, or
when A/C is switched on, the engine
cooling fan starts working automati-
cally.
Use protective glasses when
working either under or on the vehicle
to avoid injuries from falling objects
or fluid spills.
Used engine oil contains poison-
ous substances, which will cause skin
problems such as rash or cancer. So
be careful not to deal with this kind
of oil all the time or frequently. Use
soap and clean water to wash the
used oil off the skin.
Keep the used oil in safe places
away from children.
Dispose the used oil and oil filter
safely. It is not allowed to mix the oil
and oil filter with common trash, or
dispose it in sewage, or on ground.
Contact service station and dealer for
recycling or disposal suggestions.
Brake fluid hurts eyes and de-
stroys paint, so be very careful when
refilling brake fluid and clutch fluid.
If the fluid is spilled into the eyes,
wash the eyes with clean water im-
mediately. If you still do not feel com-
fortable, go to see the doctor.
Notice
Remember battery and ignition coils
carry large current and high voltage. Pay
attention to avoid short circuit caused by
accidents.
Only refill soft water or steamed
water into radiator. Should there be any
outflow of coolant, wash it away with
water to prevent part or paint from being
damaged.
Do not let any dirt or other foreign
material get into spark plug holes.
Do not rag spark plug the outside
electrode beside central electrode.
Only use recommended spark plugs.
Other spark plugs will damage the en-
gine, make it lose function or disturbed
by wireless signals.
Do not fill in too much automatic
transmission fluid and power steering
fluid, or transmission and power steering
will be damaged.
