Part I
 When driving on the dirty road, close all
the windows. If there is still dust suctioned
into the car, it is recommended to set the
air intake selector to exterior circulation
and the fan speed selector to any position
except "OFF".
 If you follow other vehicles on the dirty
road or there is wind or dust when you are
driving, you are suggested to temporarily
set the air intake selector to interior circu-
lation, which will close the exterior holes
to prevent the outside air and dust from
entering into the car.
 Turn the air intake selector to inner circu-
lation for a few minutes for rapid tempera-
ture rise.
 Press "A/C" button to dehumidify the air
and increase the temperature.
 While defogging or defrosting the wind-
shield, select Floor/Windshield Airflow to
increase the temperature in the compart-
ment.
Heating
In order for best performance, set the control-
ler to:
Fan speed -- any setting except "OFF"
Temperature -- point to warm (red zone)
Air intake -- exterior circulation (outside air)
Airflow -- floor
Air Conditioner
In order for best performance, set the control-
ler to:
Fan speed -- any setting except "OFF"
Temperature -- Point to cold (blue zone)
Air intake -- exterior circulation (outside air)
Airflow -- instrument panel
In order for fast refrigeration, move the air
intake selector into the interior circulation for a
few minutes.
Ventilation
In order for best performance, set the control-
ler to:
Fan speed -- any setting except "OFF"
Temperature -- Point to cold (blue zone)
Air intake -- exterior circulation (outside air)
Airflow -- instrument panel
Defog
Inner side the windshield
In order for best performance, set the control-
ler to:
Fan speed -- any setting except "OFF"
Temperature -- 1. point to Warm (red zone)
to increase the temperature or 2 point to
cold (blue zone) to decrease the temperature.
Air intake -- exterior circulation (outside air)
Airflow -- Windshield
