Change of 6-cell Mode Setting
The 6-cell mode setting needs to be changed.
Turn the 6-cell mode setting from ON to OFF, referring to
section 2.5.4.
Carry out measurement, after referring to section 4.6.5.

Insert the mask for micro cell
into the groove by sliding.
The mask must be inserted
completely until it no longer
moves.
