BODY AND TRIM
REAR FENDER
See General Warnings, Section 1, Page 1-2.
REAR FENDER REMOVAL
1.
Lift bed.
2.
Carefully remove the three Tuflok plastic fasteners securing the top of the fender to the rear frame.
2.1. Using a size P2 Phillips head screwdriver, back out the Tuflok screws at least 1/2 inch (1.25 cm).
2.2. Grasp the screw head and carefully work the fasteners out to free the top of the fender from the frame.
3.
Remove the two Phillips head screws and washers retaining the fender to the side of rear frame.
4.
Remove the fender.
5.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 to remove the remaining rear fender if necessary.
REAR FENDER INSTALLATION
1.
Lift bed.
2.
Put fender in place.
3.
Install the three Tuflok plastic fasteners to secure the top of the fender to the frame.
4.
Install the two Phillips head screws and washers to secure the side of the fender to the frame.
5.
Repeat steps 1 through 5 to install the remaining fender if necessary.
