NOTE: The beadlock clamp ring can
flex slightly to match the tire bead. IT
IS NORMAL.
6. Verify the gap between tire and
beadlock clamp ring, it should be
practically equal all around the ring.

If the gap is not acceptable,
– Loosen all screws.
– Check tire position on wheel and
reposition it if necessary.
– Restart the torquing sequence as
detailed.
7. Torque beadlock screws a final time
following the indicated sequence.

8. Inflate tire to seat the inner bead on
wheel. Always use safe practices,
such as a tire safety cage.
