DS-2TD2137-7P Thermal Network Camera User Manual

Set DST

If the region where the device is located adopts Daylight Saving Time (DST), you can set this function.
Steps
1. Go to Configuration → System → System Settings → DST.
2. Check Enable DST.
3. Select Start Time, End Time, and DST Bias.
4. Click Save.

Set RS-232

RS-232 can be used to debug the device or access a peripheral device. RS-232 can realize communication
between the device and computer or terminal when the communication distance is short.
Before You Start
Connect the device to computer or terminal with an RS-232 cable.
Steps
1. Go to Configuration → System → System Settings → RS-232.
2. Set RS-232 parameters to match the device with the computer or terminal.
3. Click Save.

Set RS-485

RS-485 is used to connect the device to an external device. Use RS-485 to transmit data between the
device and the computer or terminal when the communication distance is too long.
Before You Start
Connect the device and computer or terminal with an RS-485 cable.
Steps
1. Go to Configuration → System → System Settings → RS-485.
2. Set the RS-485 parameters.
NOTE:
Keep the parameters of the device and the computer or terminal all the same.
3. Click Save.

Set Same Unit

Set the same temperature unit and distance unit. When you enable this function, the unit cannot be
configured separately in other setting pages
