The interface rate is related to the collection frequency:
 The interface rate is up to 9.6 kbit/s when the collection frequency is
64 kHz.

The interface rate is up to 19.2 kbit/s when the collection frequency is
128 kHz.

The interface rate is up to 38.46 kbit/s when the collection frequency
is 256 kHz.

The interface rate is up to 57.6 kbit/s when the collection frequency is
512 kHz.
 The interface rate is up to 115.2 kbit/s when the collection frequency
is 1 MHz.
