10.4.1 Functions and appearance

The 8V35/4V35H card is a V.35 data service card. It
provides the following functions:










Function
Provide 8/4 V.35 data DCE interfaces.
Support configuring bandwidth of each interface to
N× 64 kbit/s (N = 1–31).
Support data phase adjustment (such as enabling or
disabling adjustment, normal phase adjustment, and
reversed phase adjustment).
Support bidirectional loopback (at TTL level side,
digital loopback).
Support BERT for each channel.
Support disabling interfaces.
Provide external clock in DCE interface mode.
Support EMC and overcurrent protection on
interfaces.
The 4V35H supports showing the status of CTS,
DSR, DCD, DTR, and RTS handshaking signals.
