8.4.6 Internal jumper

Location
There are multiple jumpers on the card, but you need to configure the E&M signaling jumper
only.
On the card, each interface provides a group of 4 E&M signaling jumpers.
Figure 8-5 shows the location of the E&M signaling jumper.

Description
System status LED
 Green: the system is working improperly.

Off: the system is working improperly.

Blinking green: the system is working properly.

E&M signaling status LED

Green: E signaling

Yellow: M signaling
 On: the corresponding channel is receiving the E or M
signaling.
 Off: the corresponding channel is idle.
When the E&M signaling is conducting internal
loopback, the LED indicates the status of the
physical status of the E signaling only.
