The Q62HLC performs processing as explained below if an error occurs in the
Q62HLC/programmable controller CPU or when the programmable controller CPU is
switched from RUN to STOP.
Stop
Follows the error-time operation described in Section 8.1.
Stops the operation and turns off external
output.
Follows stop mode
setting.
Does not perform external output, as module itself becomes inoperative.
Do not write any data to the "system area" and "write-protect area" of the buffer
memory in the intelligent function module.
Also, do not use any "use prohibited" signals as input or output signals from the
intelligent function module to the CPU module.
Doing so may cause malfunction of the programmable controller system.
Be extremely careful when setting the PID continuation flag which controls the
external output.
Due to failure of the output element or internal circuit, normal output may not be
obtained correctly. Configure an external circuit for monitoring output signals that
could cause a serious accident.
