Error cause
• The measured value is out of
the input range during AT.
• Control mode switched to the
mode other than normal control
mode during AT.
The following buffer memory of
applicable channel is changed
during AT.
• Set value (SV) setting
• Upper output limiter
• Lower output limiter
• Output variation limiter
• Sensor compensation value
setting
• Primary delay digital filter
setting
• Control mode
• AT bias
The following buffer memory of
applicable channel is changed,
and the set value is out of the
range during AT.
• Upper setting limiter
• Lower setting limiter
• The half sine of data collection
wave exceeded two hours
during AT.
• PID constant calculated value
exceeded the range.
• Adjustment data error is
detected.
• Analog/Digital conversion value
error is detected.
• Temperature compensation
error is detected. (Including
when the cold junction
temperature compensation
resistance is not connected)
Error-time operation
• Auto tuning status flag
(Xn4, Xn5) turns off.
• PID constants and loop
disconnection detection
judgment time do not
change.
• It depends on hardware
error case.
MELSEC-Q
Action
• Remove an error cause after Error reset
command (Yn2: ON), and execute AT
again.
• For the temperature compensation error
(error code: 003F
), make sure that the
H
terminal block/cold junction temperature
compensation resistor is not
disconnected. If it is disconnected,
connect correctly.
• Replace the module.
