(4) Checking operation
(a) To check the operation, click the [Cancel] button and cancel the control
restart.
(b) Click the [OK] button to leave the "Online module change" mode.
(c) Click the [Close] button to close the System monitor screen.
(d) Select [Online] - [Debug] - [Device test] from the menu of GX Developer
and set the stored data to the buffer memory.
(e) To back up the data in FeRAM, turn off and on FeRAM backup start
command (Yn8).
