2.8 Connecting the Power Cable and Turning on the Power

This section describes how to connect the power cable and turn on the power. The connection method will
vary depending on the type of power supply used.
Connecting to an AC Power Supply
Use the AC cable and AC adapter that are provided as accessories.
● Be sure to use the AC adapter that is supplied as a standard accessory.
● When using in an environment of -20°C to 0°C or 45°C to 60°C, use the following AC adapter.

(1) Plug the AC cable into the AC adapter.
(2) Connect the output side of the AC adapter to the connector on the GLT400.
(3) Using the flat-blade screwdriver, connect the grounding cable to the GLT400 while pressing against the
minus (–) button above the GND terminal.
Connect the other end of the cable to ground.
(4) Plug the AC cable into the mains power outlet.
