If the CX3300 is confirmed as defective, send it to an authorized service center
for repair.
If the CX1100 is found to be defective, you can order the replacement part or you
can send it to an authorized service center for repair. Also refer to CX1100 User's
Guide.
If you are shipping the product to Keysight Technologies for service, perform the
following steps before shipping.
