C1A4H • There is an error with the command,
subcommand, or request destination
module I/O number specified by the
SLMP message.
• A function that is not supported by the
target device was executed.
C1A7H The specified network number is incorrect.

C200H The remote password is incorrect.
C201H The remote password status of the port
used for communications is in the lock

number specified by SLMP message.
• Check the version of the target device.
