(4) Offset/gain setting mode flag (XA)
(a) Offset/gain setting mode
When registering the value, which was adjusted with the offset/gain setting, to the module, use Offset/gain setting
mode flag (XA) as an interlock condition to turn User range write request (YA) OFF → ON → OFF.
