(3) Concept of unit scaling
Unit scaling adjusts the number of digits of the integrated flow amount by multiplying "instantaneous flow amount
× T/T" by a multiple of 10.
Set the unit scaling to store the value after the decimal point of "instantaneous flow amount ×
Integrated flow amount (Un\G1332 to Un\G1339).
When the value of "instantaneous flow amount ×
