5-10 Produce and Consume Tags (Interlock Controllers)
A. Right-click on the new tag
name.
B. Click on Edit Tag Properties.
A. Choose the Consumed Tag Type.
B. Make sure the Data Type and
Data Style matches the Type
and Style in the tag created in
step 5 on page 5-8.
C. Click on the Connection tab.
D. Choose the Producer, the
producing controller, from the
pull-down menu. The menu
contains all possible paths to
previously configured
controllers in the I/O tree.
E. Type in the name of the
produced tag in the
producing controller.
F. Set the RPI. The consuming
controller determines the rate
at which the tag is produced.
G. Click OK.

5. Access the tag properties.
6. Change the tag properties as needed.
