Cause
A ventilation slot at the rear of
the device is blocked.
Ambient temperature is too
high.
A fan is faulty.
Excessive ventilation set-
tings are applied (e.g., high
respiratory rate, high inspira-
tory pressure, short slopes).
An internal memory failure
has occurred. System data
and system settings are lost.
Communication via the corre-
sponding COM port is inter-
rupted.
The configured baud rate is
not sufficient for the amount
of data to be transferred.

acknowledge alarm.
