Instructions for use Perseus A500 SW 1.1n
Cause
Battery charge is less than
10 %.
The battery is not connected
or the battery fuse is blown.
The breathing bag is too
small. The tidal volume can-
not be delivered.
Breathing bag hose is too
long/thin.
Accessory has been used too
long.
The breathing system heating
has failed.
An internal temperature sen-
sor is faulty.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
Make sure that the mains
power supply is correctly con-
nected.
Breathing system heating
switches off in the event of
mains power failure. Check
breathing circuit for conden-
sation. Increase fresh-gas
flow if necessary.
Prepare manual ventilation
with 100 % O .

Use "ALARM RESET" to
downgrade alarm priority.
Use correct breathing bag.
Use correct hose.
Use "ALARM RESET" to
acknowledge alarm.
Replace the accessory if nec-
essary.
Use "ALARM RESET" to
acknowledge alarm.
Check breathing circuit for
condensation. Increase fresh-
gas flow if necessary.
