If you are looking at a problem regarding built-in Ethernet port 1 or built-in
Ethernet port 2, refer to "Ethernet connectivity between file modules."
Isolation procedures:
Ensure that the file module is powered up before you begin this procedure. The
network connection being diagnosed must be connected to an active port on your
Ethernet network.
