Sample Cooler Function Test

The Sample Cooler Function Test can be used as a simple verification that the
sample cooler is functioning.
After the test has been started, it begins to acquire data from the cooler's
PT1000 temperature sensor. As soon as the temperature has equilibrated (that
is, the temperature does not change by more than 0.5 °Cover a 10 s period) the
cooler is turned on and measurement is started.
For the test to succeed, three temperature checkpoints must be reached within
a specified time.
