9.2.1 Manual Mode for Batch

NOTE Irrespective of the selected mode (manual control,
current input, contact input), the installation can only be
activated in "Manual" mode if the installation capacity
has been set manually in%!
NOTE Given the pulse pause control of the dosing pumps
(HCl/NaClO2), dosing capacity ranges under 2.5% are
not possible, i.e. a dosing capacity set on the display
less than 2.5% overflow installation 0% dosing, a
dosing capacity set on the display greater than 95%
overflow installation 100% dosing
● Press "F1" to switch to the "Activate Manual Mode" menu from the main
menu

The x.x field indicates the dosing capacity setting in%.
Set the dosing capacity
● Press "F1" to select the input field (x.x).
● Press the "up" or "down" buttons to enter the numerical value and the
"arrow left" and "arrow right" buttons to change the input position. Dosing
capacity range from 0 to 100% on the display.

● Press "Enter"
The display changes from "start?" to "active" or from "active" to "start?". This display
indicator contains the most important information about the operation of the
installation. Further information, such as levels, dosing pumps and bypass water,
can be obtained by scrolling with the "arrow buttons" on pages 2 and 3.
NOTE The display indicators on pages 2 and 3 (levels, dosing
pump, bypass) are the same as "Automatic" mode
(Section 9.1.1)
NOTE In this mode, the operation and functions are the same
as in automatic mode, except the solution container is
not continually filled between the contacts MIN and
MAX as in automatic operation, but rather is only filled
once up to the MAX contact. The system then shuts
down!
NOTE In manual mode, the system does not automatically
switch on when the MIN contact in the solution
container is reached.
