NOTE
Gauging of the dosing pumps can be carried out in the "Service mode/Venting"
menu, or also during regular operation.

WARNING!
Close the shut-off valve (item 4) on the gauging vessel (item 5).
The supply from the tank is then interrupted, and the gauging vessel is
slowly emptied.
Use the stopwatch to determine the time required to dose the quantity from
0 to 10 ml (10 ml measuring glass) or from 0 to 5 ml (5 ml measuring glass).
Open the shut-off valve (item 4) on the gauging vessel (item 5) again.
Calculate the dosing performance.

If the gauged quantity deviates from the setpoint (table), correct the dosing
performance using the stroke adjustment knob (on the respective dosing pump),
and check again.
See table in Section 3.1.1 for consumption of components.
If several gauging attempts are carried out, make sure that the suction lines are not
filled with air, or vent the pump again if necessary.
When gauging the chenicals during startup, the preset
stroke length must be reduced by 10% - 15%, see also
note in Section 8
The dosing pumps with dual head system can also be
gauged at any time during regular operation without
interrupting the process.
Do not permit gauging vessel to run dry!
Open the shut-off valve again early enough.
