Legend
Item 1
Drain line DN20, connected to waste line
Item 2
Suction injector
Item 3
Solenoid valve
Item 4
Pressure register
Item 5
Water inlet
Item 6
Booster pump
● ● ● ● ● Connection as in Fig. 1
This connection possibility is used if the pressure in the water line is > 4-5
bar and the total quantity of water (bypass water and forcing water for
suction injector) is sufficient. If the pressure is > 5 bar, a pressure reducer
(item 4) should be fitted (inlet pressure to suction injector 4 - 5 bar).
● ● ● ● ● Connection as in Fig. 2
This connection possibility is used if the pressure in the water line is < 4
bar, i.e. the required inlet pressure for the suction injector has to be
generated using a booster pump (item 6). If the water quantity in the inlet
line (item 5) is sufficient (water sufficient for bypass and suction injector),
the booster pump (item 6) can be connected to the water line (item 5). The
water supply to the booster pump (item 6) can also be provided at any time
via a separate inlet line.
Position the preliminary water tank for dilution of the hydrochloric acid (HCl)
underneath the system, and connect. The water supply line and the float
switch are routed out of the system rack at the bottom of the system.
