8.5.1 Venting the Dosing Pumps

NOTE
If the stroke setting is changed when venting, the
preset stroke length must be set again following the
venting procedure.
In the service menu/venting, you can activate the dosing pumps for the chemicals
using the "F2" key (HCl pump) and "F3" key (NaClO 2 pump).
The pumps remain switched on as long as the corresponding keys are pressed.
Output on the display e.g. "HCl pump <ON>"
Switch off the pumps by releasing the keys.
Output on the display e.g. "HCl pump <OFF>"
CAUTION!
All dosing pumps must always be vented.

The overflow valve can also be opened manually, thus also serving as a venting
valve.
Rotate the knob such that the narrow cut-out rests on the knob of the dosing
head (item 1). The rotary knob is then further away from the dosing head,
and the valve spring is unloaded.
Switch on the dosing pumps using the "F2" and "F3" keys
Return the rotary knob to the operation position (item 2) when the dosing
medium returns without bubbles to the tank through the venting hose
(item 3).
