NOTE If you forget to close the ball valve (A) after filling the
calibration system, the chemicals will be returned to
the container via the overflow line (3).
"Calibrating the Dosing Pump" Procedure

Activate dosing pump
●
Turn ball valve (B) horizontal with the inflow from above (see diagram
below). The liquid can now be dosed from the calibration system. Air is
sucked into the calibration system via the deaeration or aeration line (3).
Use a stop watch to determine how long it takes to dose a certain
amount of liquid (HCl / NaClO2) and calculate the dosing flow.
Example: 100ml in 30 seconds
V (l/h) = 100ml x 3600sec/30sec x 1/1000

After calibrating, turn ball valve (B) horizontal with the inflow from below
(see diagram below).
