8.4.2 Gauging

NOTE The dosing pump is completely vented when the LED
(item 19, page 37) for monitoring the dosing controller
flashes regularly.
The pump can be switched off again using the function key "F1".

Remove cover (itern 8)

Fill gauging vessel (item 4) with water
●
Switch on pump (key "F1")
●
Open ball valve (item 5)
●
Close ball valve (item 6)
●
Use the stopwatch to determine the time required to dose a certain quantity
of water, and calculate the dosing performance.
Example: 350 ml in 180 seconds

Following the gauging procedure, open ball valve (item 6) and close ball
valve (item 5)

Close calibration receptacle with cover (itern 8)
If there are deviations from the consumption data, readjust the pump using the
stroke adjustment knob, and regauge

NOTE Check the setting of the dosing controllers if the stroke
setting is changed, see Section 8.7
