Step
Choose the bag depending on the use (preservation
or cooking) best suited to the dimensions of the
product: the product should not occupy more than
1
2/3 of the actual volume of the bag.
Insert products cooled to 3°C.
Open the lid and make sure the vacuum chamber and
product to be packaged are dry.

Take care not to dirty or wet the inner part near the
bag opening.
Place the bag in a centred position on the sealing bar
(A) and stop the bag under the Clips (B).
If a solid product exceeds the volume of the vacuum
chamber, a larger embossed vacuum bag can be used,
positioned outside the packaging machine.
Position the accessory (C) for external bags and then
position the bag.

Close the lid of the device.
