Ensure power is removed from the fryer.

Using a Phillips head screwdriver, remove two screws in the front of the control

panel, and then rotate the panel down. Remove if necessary.
Remove the wires from the high limit module.

Using a Phillips head screwdriver, remove the screws securing the high limit

module.
Install the new module, reconnect the wires, and then install the control panel.

Test the new part to ensure it works properly.
