Description
Display
the voltage from the
secondary coil of the
24 VAC transformer. In
order to interpret the
status of the line volt-
age supply, the fryer
must first analyze the
effects of all the various
loads on the 24 VAC
transformer.
If re-calibration is nec-
essary, follow the in-
structions above
regarding disconnect-
ing the heating
elements:
1. Power the fryer on
again, activate Tech
mode, and advance to
this step.
2. Press the Timer but-
ton. The controller will
perform an automated
test sequence, turning
on various combina-
tions of outputs and
displays and testing
the effect they have on
the 24 VAC supply.
3. When the calibration
sequence is complete,
turn the fryer off, un-
plug it, and reconnect
the heating element
wires.
