NOTICE Always check the data plate, mounted on the right-hand side of shroud for CFE-415, to determine the correct power supply prior to making any electrical connection, or damage to components may result. It is recommended that a 30 mA rated protective device such as a residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), or ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI), be used on the fryer circuit.

Place lid (1) onto drain pan. Slide the bent side of the drain pan lid (1) into the lip end of the 8 8 ) ) drain pan base first. Lubricate the O-rings on the filter tube with cold oil before placing the drain pan assembly back 9 9 ) ) into position (using a small flat-bladed screwdriver, pry up on the O-ring and pull O-ring off end of tube).

If the cleaning solution in the vat starts to foam and boil over, immediately turn the power switch to off, or damage to components could result. Using the fryer brush (Henny Penny part number 12105), scrub the inside of the vat, and 9 9 ) ) around the countertop of the fryer.
Clean between and behind the CFE-415 and adjacent PFE-500 to remove oil accumulation and debris daily. Place the vat cover over the vat of the CFE-415 and close the lid on the adjacent PFE_500 to 1 1 ) ) keep oil from splashing out of the vat.
Carefully roll the pair of fryers forward and separate the CFE-415 from the PFE-500 from the 2 2 ) ) front of the unit. Remove all oil accumulation between the fryers and then clean behind the fryers to remove any 3 3 ) ) oil accumulation and debris.
