Cause
Turn switch to off position, then
turn switch back to on; if display
shows "E-5", the heating circuits
and temperature probe should be
checked.
Turn switch to off position, then
turn switch back to on; if display
shows "E-6A", the temperature
probe should be checked.
Turn switch to off position, then
turn switch back to on; if display
shows "E-6B", the temperature
probe should be checked.
Allow heating elements to cool
(15-20 minutes) and reset high
limit by pressing the high limit re-
set button for 3 seconds. If high
limit does not reset, have the
electronic high limit circuit
checked.
Make sure drain knob is com-
pletely pushed-in; if E-15 per-
sists, have drain switch checked.
Turn switch to off position and
then back to on; if display still in-
dicates a failed sensor, have sen-
sor checked.
Turn switch to off position, then
turn switch back to on. If display
shows "E-19", the protection tem-
perature probe should be
checked.
Have electrical supply, wiring,
and elements checked.
NOTICE: Keep fryer off if this er-
ror persists, or wiring damage
could result.
