Ensure power is removed from the fryer.

Using a Phillips head screwdriver, remove two screws in the front of the control

panel, and then rotate the panel down. Remove if necessary.
Trace the wire from the transformer to the connection on the control board, and

Using a Phillips head screwdriver, remove the two screws securing the

transformer.
Install the new transformer, reconnect the wire to the control board, and then

install the control panel.
Test the transformer operation.
